FUTURE OPPORTUNITYHybrid Position Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Training and Development Specialist to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This role builds and sustains the trained, technically capable Real Property workforce at each garrison through curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and learning management system operation.• Develop and deliver Real Property and Real Estate regulatory training.• Facilitate regulatory workshops and webinars up to four times per month for garrison Real Property offices.• Operate and maintain the learning management system and monitor participation and effectiveness.• Build and maintain a centralized portal for Real Property policy, references, and professional resources. Contribute GFEBS and public works business process regulatory content.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of experience in asset management functions, specifically real property and/or real estate. MMinimum of 5 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM.Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public AdministrationClearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level.
