Ashley Furniture is looking for a passionate and driven Training and Development Coach to help build and maintain a high-performance sales culture. This leadership role is responsible for motivating, coaching, training, and developing top sales talent while partnering with store leadership to drive profitable results and elevate the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Coach, train, and develop Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) to maximize performance and productivity
Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance management support
Assess talent and facilitate effective training and development initiatives
Partner closely with Store Coaches and leadership teams to proactively address challenges and improve results
Support and execute company initiatives while promoting a high-performance culture
Review daily, monthly, and quarterly sales performance metrics and scorecards
Help drive profitable sales through strong business and leadership decisions
Maintain strong communication and collaboration across locations as assigned
Travel locally as needed to support assigned teams and stores
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Strong facilitation and talent assessment skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
College degree preferred or equivalent experience
