What You'll Earn
- Base pay of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend optimal solutions to customers
- Sell and close high-value projects including sewer line replacements, trenchless repairs, repiping, drain solutions, and whole-home upgrades
- Use advanced diagnostic tools (cameras, hydrostatic testing, etc.)
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Ensure all work meets Texas plumbing codes and the highest quality standards
What You Need
- Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong sales skills and comfort closing deals face-to-face
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
