This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys both strategic counseling and fast‑moving enforcement work—supporting clients with trademark searches, global brand strategy, U.S. and international prosecution, and contentious matters including TTAB and UDRP proceedings.This opportunity is actively interviewing and rarely opens at the 2–5 year level for candidates who want broad responsibility, strong client exposure, and a practice that stays current with emerging developments in intellectual property.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct trademark searches and analyze results to assess registrability and riskDevelop and execute global trademark strategies aligned with business goalsManage domestic and international trademark prosecution, including filings and office action responsesEngage in trademark enforcement, including online monitoring, takedowns, and brand protection strategiesHandle TTAB proceedings (oppositions, cancellations, and related disputes)Draft and send demand letters and negotiate resolutions when appropriateManage UDRP proceedings and other domain name disputesCollaborate with attorneys and client teams to deliver efficient, business-focused solutionsQualifications2–5 years of trademark experience (prosecution and/or enforcement)Experience in copyright prosecution and enforcement is a plusKnowledge of AI developments in intellectual property is advantageousJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Bar required)Superior writing and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team-centric environmentForeign language skills valued but not requiredCulture & Firm AppealThis role offers a balanced, growth-oriented platform for associates who want meaningful work and modern benefits.
