Tour Partnership Associate Manager

Shape the future of travel by managing and innovating products, exclusive partnerships, and high-impact promotions that inspire members and support Travel Advisors. You’ll support organizational performance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver experiences that drive growth, loyalty, and competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product strategy, promotions, and enhancements to drive sales growth and margin performance.

• Analyze trends, customer behavior, and market insights to identify opportunities and close performance gaps.

• Own key KPIs (sales, profitability, retention) and optimize partnerships and offers.

• Partner with vendors to negotiate offers, promotions and training.

• Lead cross-functional execution across marketing, digital, analytics, and operations to bring products to market.

• Drive retention initiatives and improve the end-to-end member experience.

• Partner with technology teams to enhance digital capabilities and support omnichannel growth

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years in product management, travel, or related field is required.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for travel and creating standout customer experiences

The starting pay range for this position is:

$80,100.00 - $107,000.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
