UCLA Health's Neuromodulation Division is seeking to hire a TMS Clinical & Research Services Manager to provide operational leadership for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services and clinical research programs. You will be responsible for overseeing complex clinical operations, research support functions, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership across specialized treatment and research services. Required:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related filed, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing staff and complex ambulatory or specialty practice operations
Minimum 5 years of experience with revenue cycle management, practice management systems, and Epic/CareConnect
Strong financial, analytical, and operational management skills
Experience developing workflows, policies, and operational improvement initiatives
Preferred:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related filed
