    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ticket Service Representative to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of the ticket office as the first point person when ticketing issues arise at the counters or phones. The incumbent is in place to handle issues and questions to ease the load of managers and produce quick resolutions to guest problems or questions. The TSR captain position allows managers to focus on larger issues resulting in the overall guest experience to be at its highest level.

    Your Role on the Team

    Greet each guest in a friendly and enthusiastic mannerPerform assigned duties with a focus on excellent guest serviceSell tickets using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics and TM1 Sales ticketing systemProvide information regarding event schedules, various pricing and seating arrangementsExplain venue and show promoter policies for all eventsTroubleshooting digital ticketing issues within the Suns and Ticketmaster AppsAnswer ticket office phone lineProvide general information regarding arena policies and event detailsMaintains regular and reliable attendance (60% monthly event availability)Stay current on events scheduled at the Footprint CenterTroubleshooting event night issues (customer account issues, ticket transfers,scanning, etc.)Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket salesEnsure compliance with ticket related ADA lawsAssist in box office cleanlinessFollow dress code policy-Business casualOther administrative duties as assigned
