Job Description
This is a fast-paced sales and recruiting role focused heavily on building relationships over the phone.
Job Summary
Therapy Recruiters spend much of their day making outbound calls, talking with candidates, building trust, and helping therapy professionals find the right career opportunities. Success in this role comes from being competitive, resilient, organized, and comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone.
Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to seek out high quality therapy professionals and pair them with career opportunities that best match their skill set and interests while developing strong relationships with them. This role focuses on recruiting Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for contract and travel opportunities nationwide.
Through qualifying conversations, the Recruiter will determine if therapy professionals are a strong fit for our company and our clients. Since relationship building is done primarily over the phone, strong communication skills, persistence, and a friendly, professional approach are key.
