Provide a short description of the Position:
Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams.

Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:

• Perform application testing based on written test scripts, documenting, tracking and communicating defects utilizing ALM
• Perform creating, developing, managing, and executing functional test and regression test scripts; developing generic reusable functions and scripts
• Work directly with business analysts, program subject matter experts, and technical staff to create robust test plans / test cases for web applications.
• Develop automation scripts using Playwright

Position Requested Qualifications (Per Attachment 7, Section 1.2.5)

• 72 months of experience performing application testing based on written test scripts, and documenting, tracking and communicating defects utilizing Client ALM
• 72 months of experience creating, developing, managing, and executing functional test and regression test scripts; developing generic reusable functions and scripts
• 12 months of programming languages experience in PL/SQL, JSON, Python, VB, .Net, HTML, VB Script.
• 12 months of experience working in high visibility government projects in a state or federal agency, preferably in Licensing projects
• 6 months of experience in automation testing using Playwright, developing and executing automation test scripts.

What type and/or manner, of knowledge transfer is requested during the Engagement?
Candidate must regularly meet and communicate to the team during this engagement. Consultants are expected to provide knowledge transfer to unit staff as part of their duties; sharing of methodologies, forms and customs commensurate with the activities being performed repairing process documentation, etc. Towards the end of the engagement, a transition meeting will be required to review any open items for the project. A list of open tasks must be submitted and reviewed prior to the final transition meeting.
