Job Title: Aesthetic Territory Sales Representative
Location: TN, KY, AR, KY, MS
Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Aesthetic Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi. This position is designed for a proven sales hunter with a consultative approach, focusing on capital equipment sales within the medical device and dental sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetic field.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients on the use of aesthetic devices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device and dental sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time within the assigned territory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
- On-target earnings (OTE) for the first year: approximately $350,000.
