ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Territory Manager – Houston, TX to drive new business and expand our footprint.

This is a hunter/closer role. You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline, running both virtual and in-person meetings, and closing new accounts.

You'll report directly to the AVP – Central and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone with a sales background who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect, qualify, and close new dental practices within your territory
• Develop and manage relationships with our channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers) to drive sales funnel and new customer acquisition
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and presentations
• Educate practices on digital workflows, lab economics, and ROI
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in sales
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
• Willingness to travel within Territory
• Positive mindset
• Travel Ready (25%)
