Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Truck Equipment

Territory: South Carolina & Georgia

Compensation: Base Salary: $62,4000-$72,800 + Commission averaging $25,000-$30,000 (monthly)

Position Summary

Seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow commercial truck equipment sales throughout South Carolina and Georgia. This role focuses on developing new dealership relationships, expanding existing accounts, and managing the full sales process.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial truck dealership accounts.
• Grow sales with existing customers and identify new market opportunities.
• Build relationships with dealership managers, sales teams, fleet personnel, and decision-makers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate truck bodies and equipment.
• Manage prospecting, customer visits, quoting, follow-up, closing, and account development.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and communicate market activity.
• Travel throughout the territory approximately four days per week.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience.
• Commercial truck, truck body, upfitting, vocational equipment, or related industry experience preferred.
• Technical B2B equipment sales experience will be considered.
• Strong prospecting, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
