If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and other case-related materials.
- Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, scheduling orders, and important filing dates.
- Coordinate electronic court filings and maintain both digital and physical case files.
- Support billing activities, time entry management, invoice preparation, and administrative reporting.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, file organization, and general office support.
Type: Contract (60-90 days)
To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Legal assistant experience, preferably supporting litigation practices.
- Experience with federal and state court filings, e-filing systems, and civil procedure rules.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a team environment.
