Human Resources Trainer - (Temporary)
Job Description
The Human Resources Trainer plays a vital role in delivering a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for all new employees. This position is responsible for ensuring candidates are fully prepared for their first day, accurately completing all required documentation, and successfully onboarding new hires into company systems. The role facilitates onboarding lectures and training sessions, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment that supports learning, engagement, and compliance. This is a temporary position covering a leave of absence with an expected end of October end date.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all incoming candidates through their first day of training by creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes engagement to conduct an efficient training session.
Provide detailed training lectures on company mission, operational protocol, and safety policies.
Begin and finalize all incoming candidate onboarding process which includes the Paylocity packet, employee scheduling, and Fleetio & Uber user access.
Additional Duties:
Ensure all training candidates come prepared with proper I9 documentation.
Study lecture slides to stay up to date with operational changes.
Track all training supplies and relay any needs to the Talent Development Supervisor.
Answer all incoming questions effectively and maintain a constant flow of communication up the chain of command within the Human Resources department.

Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

Hourly Wage - $21.00
