Position Description The Technology Specialist I has a high level of stakeholder engagement and is responsible for providing front line technical assistance and customer service administration to the school and its components. They also ensure the security and functionality of the schools' network infrastructure; assist teachers, staff, and students with issues that arise with devices, software, or network access; troubleshoot and maintain Wi-Fi and other network connectivity on user devices in addition to installing configuring various hardware around the buildings. The Technology Specialist I also manages the Incident IQ ticketing system, end user troubleshooting & knowledge base, user accounts, directories, and permissions and maintains various audiovisual equipment and digital signage.
