Description

Role Summary
We're seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead delivery of cloud-native patient engagement and digital health platforms within a highly regulated life sciences environment. This person will own release orchestration for cloud infrastructure deployments — including Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystems — and drive organizational change management across clinical, commercial, and technical stakeholder groups. Success in the first 90 days looks like an established release cadence, a completed operational readiness assessment, and trusted working relationships across engineering, clinical operations, data security, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate full lifecycle deployments of patient engagement and digital health platforms built on cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage the release calendar, coordinate deployments across development, testing, and production environments, and mitigate environment drift.
  • Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to life sciences SDLC guidelines, Agile principles, and healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Conduct operational readiness assessments to map user and business impact ahead of feature rollouts and system migrations.
  • Build transition plans — including sponsor and people-manager alignment — to move clinical and commercial teams from legacy platforms to cloud environments.
  • Design and execute feedback loops to identify and mitigate system-adoption resistance.
  • Serve as primary liaison between business heads, global commercial operations, and technical development teams; lead portfolio reviews and governance committees.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into structured user stories, technical definitions, and agile work plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years managing complex, cross-functional IT environments, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or comparable enterprise digital health platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience executing release strategies through formal SDLC processes, DevOps pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Practical experience applying structured change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) to technology adoption initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical milestones into clear, executive-ready impact summaries.
