Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology project delivery, Agile practices, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to drive strategic and hands-on delivery to achieve on-time, within-budget outcomes aligned to long-term technology strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development tasks, scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple initiatives.
• Lead development teams in partnership with project management to deliver capabilities on schedule.
• Drive alignment to strategic technology roadmaps while ensuring scalable and well-controlled solutions.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation controls, and quantify business and technology impacts.
• Influence stakeholders and senior managers using clear, evidence-based communications.
• Ensure ongoing stability, resilience, and effective risk management for applications enabling partner capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage business requirements and expectations across concurrent projects.
• 3+ years in technology project management or delivery of internal application development.
• Experience with Agile development, project execution, and change management.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong business analysis capability and stakeholder communication skills.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience. Banking or financial services experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of products and services at functional and data levels within business domains.
• Exposure to DevOps culture and CI/CD practices, with ability to support integration and deployment activities.
• Experience contributing to application development based on provided designs.
• Reporting experience and familiarity with MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with BAC tools PPRT and PMMT for program and project management, and PCM for financials.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or PMP.

Start Details & Work Arrangement

• Start: ASAP. Target start 2-4 weeks after offer, aligned to a specific business start date.
• Hybrid schedule. Minimum three days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC.
