Job Description

We are seeking an Technical Project / Technology Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team supporting Enterprise Voice Change and Deployment within the HELM program to remediate vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in change management, technology delivery, and telecom voice environments, and a proven ability to coordinate multi-team implementations and drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery using Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.
• Manage and align resources across multiple lines of business with matrix leadership responsibilities.
• Balance stakeholder engagement, technical requirements, schedules, and milestone delivery for technical solutions.
• Define problems, evaluate options, and plan effective solutions with proactive risk mitigation.
• Identify and address risks before they impact scope, schedule, or resources, and drive mitigation actions.
• Present concise progress updates, surface issues, and recommend solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Set and manage expectations with management, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adjust to changing priorities and reallocate resources to optimize outcomes across concurrent initiatives.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain systems of record and ensure accurate inventory detail updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Foundational understanding of telecom deliverables and enterprise voice technologies such as Cisco, IPC, and NICE.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Adaptive learning capability to adopt new systems and processes quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience spanning technology delivery, governance, change management, and project delivery.
• Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends based on project schedules.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BMC Remedy Tools for Change Management.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Network knowledge in IP management and DHCP addressing.
