Location: Columbus, OH

Salary Range: $70-75/hr w2

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and enable reusable AI capabilities across the organization. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 7 years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• 5 years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
