About the team:

The Facilities Maintenance team ensures optimal operation of HVACR and power washing systems by coordinating resources and maintaining safety and environmental standards. They collaborate to troubleshoot, repair, and enhance equipment while managing inventory and vendor relationships. Focused on operational excellence, the team supports continuous learning to address evolving challenges effectively. Strong communication and commitment to quality foster a safe, efficient work environment that meets business and regulatory requirements. What you''ll do:

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to maintain safe conditions.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management of tools, equipment, and vehicles.

What you''ll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
• Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods for cleaning.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and facility equipment.
• Competence in operating corporate vehicles and heavy machinery in compliance with safety standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
