Technical Support Technician

• 3+ years of CNC mill operation and maintenance experience for Operator-level consideration.
• Strong precision measurement experience using callipers, micrometres, and bore gauges, along with IPI documentation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot G/M code and blueprints.
• Direct hands-on manufacturing/machine shop CNC mill experience.
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and consistently meet blueprint specifications.

• Experience with mill-turn/multi-tasking machines, particularly Mazak Integrex or 7-axis platforms.
• Trade school or vocational machining certification.
• Experience with advanced multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Experience with CNC setup activities such as tramming Vises, loading fixtures, dialling in tight tolerances, and first-article prove-outs.
