Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist of at least 2 years experience, to work as a hybrid professional in the Memphis area, supporting a very large client. This role will include a hybrid mixture of onsite and remote. We can offer a pay rate of $21-25/hour depending on experience, and offer optional benefits such as PTO, BCBS insurance, and Life Insurance.
Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, as well as IT Technical Support experience.
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshooting hardware and software onsite and virtually for a large client in the Memphis area.
Qualifications
2+ years of IT Support Experience
Customer Service Experience
An Associates or Bachelors in Computer Science, MIS, etc is preferred.

About Company
Work is performed in a blended environment, including office settings,
training spaces, and field locations across neighborhoods, precinct areas, and priority corridors. Duties require regular

emotionally charged environments during field observations or rapid response activations. Position requires flexible
scheduling to support evening, weekend, and high‑risk window operations, as well as readiness for rapid deployment
during critical incidents.
