Technical Support Lead – Treasury & Investment Systems (L2)

Requirements: Spectrum (Expert/Primary); Paragon (Expert/Primary); Intellimatch (Primary); FHLB (Primary); Bancware; EuroClear; Pershing NetX360; Bloomberg/BMO Capital/JPMorgan Access ICE Data / Remote Plus; Refinitiv DataScope; Vision,SQL. Initial responsibility would be to take transition on existing systems and gradually start providing L2 support for all the Treasury(Spetrum treasury system) and investment systems (other systems mentioned in below skills section).

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Support Lead – Treasury & Investment Systems (L2) for their New York City, NY/ Jersey City, NJ location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Primary escalation for all Treasury incidents during business hours. Key liaison with Treasury business users and external counterparties. Proximity to IDB NYC office.Should be hands-on experience in L2 support .Initial responsibility would be to take transition on existing systems and gradually start providing L2 support for all the Treasury(Spetrum treasury system) and investment systems (other systems mentioned in below skills section)
• Managing multiple Spectrum hotfix releases/month (UAT + production). Intellimatch app manager responsibilities absorbed after previous manager retired. Spectrum version upgrade.
