A growing national electrical testing and maintenance company needs a hands-on Technical Service Manager for its Orlando branch. You'll run the local field team day to day and still work in the field. You'll also price and win work, and you'll own job profitability.

What you'll do

•      Schedule the local test crew, and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.

•      Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.

•      Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.

•      Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.

•      Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.

What you bring:

•      NETA certification, Level III or IV preferred, and willingness to test up a level.

•      5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear). Military power-production backgrounds are welcome (Army Prime Power, USAF EPP, Navy).

•      Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

•      Experience leading crews, and comfort with nights, weekends and emergency work.

•      Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
