    Your Impact & Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within defense, aerospace, and robotics sectors.
    • Engage with defense primes, government agencies, and OEMs to integrate Mobilicom's components into UAV and robotics platforms.
    • Drive full-cycle sales efforts from lead generation through contract negotiations and deal closure.

    Technical Solution Selling & OEM Engagement

    • Work with engineering design teams to integrate Mobilicom's SDRs, RF modules, and secure communication systems into unmanned systems.
    • Simplify complex technical concepts and translate them into customer value propositions.
    • Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to address customer technical challenges.

    Defense Procurement & Contract Management

    • Navigate DoD procurement cycles, FAR/DFARS regulations, and contract vehicles (SBIR, OTA, IDIQs).
    • Support ITAR compliance, CMMC requirements, and NDAA cybersecurity standards.
    • Engage with military buyers, defense primes, and program managers to drive contract wins and long-term adoption.

    Industry & Competitive Strategy

    • Attend and represent Mobilicom at key defense and aerospace events such as AUVSI XPONENTIAL, SOFIC, and AUSA.
    • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to refine Mobilicom's sales strategy and product positioning.

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of experience in technical sales focused on defense, RF communications, or autonomous systems.
    • Proven track record of selling to defense primes, Tier-1 integrators, and DoD programs.

    Strong knowledge of RF communications, SDR, mesh networking, and cybersecurity for autonomous platforms.

    • Experience working with engineering teams at OEMs to integrate components into UAVs and robotics.
    • Familiarity with military procurement cycles, defense contracts, and compliance frameworks (FAR, DFARS, ITAR, CMMC).
    • Ability to work remotely with domestic travel (25-50%) for customer meetings and industry events.
