Our Client, an EV Manufacturer company, is looking for a Technical Project/Program Manager 2 for their Tempe, AZ/ Casa Grand, AZ location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Support quality improvement initiatives and the implementation of new capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.
• Lead logistics-focused projects and process enhancements, partnering closely with logistics stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate complex application development and integration efforts across factory systems.
• Leverage a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to support project delivery and system enhancements.
• Apply technical knowledge to evaluate solutions, facilitate integrations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Years of Experience Required: 5 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality or work
• Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience with Jira
• Minimum 5 years experience with MSFT365 - Excel specifically
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP
