Position Title: Technical Project Manager

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a Technical Project Manager with our client in Pasadena, California.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own project execution end-to-end for technical programs supporting satellite and defense industry customers
• Develop and maintain project schedules and set internal and external milestones using Microsoft Project
• Scope and manage project budget and cost performance
• Identify and coordinate internal resources to complete project tasks
• Manage subcontractor relationships and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, for both external customers and internal leadership
• Manage meeting agendas and action items, from status meetings through design reviews
• Track and report progress to external customers and internal leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline required
• At least 3 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience managing complex technical projects, ideally including large satellite programs
• Experience working with major defense sector clients/contractors
• Strong cost management and vendor/subcontractor management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Location: Pasadena, California (Onsite).
• Salary Range: $100K to $150K
• Due to government contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. Citizens only
