Responsibilities: of the Technical Project Manager include: • Coordinate hardware and manufacturing project activities across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams. • Maintain schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure critical tasks are completed on time. • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and provide regular status reporting to key stakeholders. • Partner with senior Program Managers to manage priorities, mitigate risks, and resolve project challenges. • Support domestic and international manufacturing efforts through site visits, project reviews, and customer-facing interactions. Requirements of the Technical Project Manager include: • 2+ years of Project Management, Project Coordination, or technical operations experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with evolving priorities and minimal structure. • Strong communication skills, accountability, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. • Interest in growing into a Program Management career path while initially serving in a support-focused capacity. • PMP certification preferred and willingness to travel 50-60% domestically initially, with 10-20% travel to manufacturing facilities in Mexico and China.
