Description
Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Mainframe
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Day 1 Onsite - Minimum 3 Days a Week in Office
Work Type: W2 Basis (Looking for the candidates who is comfortable working for W2 basis)
Experience: 12+ Years
Local Requirement: Local to Phoenix, AZ - Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face Client Interview
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong Mainframe background to lead and manage application development, enhancement, and support programs . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with offshore teams and flexible to extend work timings as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in Mainframe technologies - COBOL, JCL, DB2 and/or IMS DB
- Good understanding of CICS, VSAM, Batch Processing, z/OS
- Experience managing end-to-end project/program delivery
- Stakeholder and client management
- Agile/Scrum and Release Management experience
- Strong risk, issue, and resource management skills
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Lead and manage Mainframe application development, enhancement, and support programs
- Coordinate with business, development, testing, and support teams
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, and reporting
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Ensure successful delivery of releases and production support activities
Mandatory Skills: Mainframe COBOL, DB2, SQL
Preferred Domain: Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain experience
