Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage and coordinate technical programs using Agile methodologies. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business goals.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master for a POD, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to convert business and technical requirements into clear user stories.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, Epic grooming, project tracking, and SDLC processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support Epic grooming and user story creation/refinement.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence.
• Identify and remove team impediments to maintain project momentum.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and ensure effective communication between teams.
• Ensure programs and projects remain aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive initiatives through successful completion.

Minimum Experience: 10+ Years
Education: Bachelor s / Master s Degree
