    Position Overview
    We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Agile Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)-including requirements elicitation, epic grooming, and project tracking-using Agile methodologies. You will serve as a Scrum Master for the delivery POD, facilitating ceremonies, clearing impediments, and ensuring programs align with organizational goals and strategic directives.
    Key Responsibilities
    Program Alignment: Ensure programs and projects meet organizational goals, quality standards, and delivery requirements across all stages of the SDLC.
    Agile Leadership & POD Execution: Serve as Scrum Master for the POD; facilitate standard Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), groom epics, and proactively resolve blockers.
    Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders, peers, and engineering teams.
    Program Reviews: Gather critical project metrics, prepare reports, and drive monthly program reviews with key stakeholders.
    Requirement Translation: Translate high-level business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and collaborate effectively on cross-team initiatives.
    Qualifications & Requirements
    Must-Have Skills:
    Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in IT Project Management, Agile Consulting, or Technical Program Management.
    Agile Expertise: Proven track record acting as a Scrum Master within Agile/Scrum frameworks, facilitating ceremonies, and optimizing delivery POD workflows.
    Tooling Proficiency: Solid technical background with hands-on expertise using Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
    Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    Strong organizational and delivery-focused mindset with a clear sense of ownership over outcomes.
    Adaptable, positive attitude with comfort balancing large-scale program initiatives alongside smaller operational tasks.
