Job Summary: This role is for a Technical Program Manager who will lead the development of design automation software tools across multiple organizations. You will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring efficient delivery of high-value features. The ideal candidate is comfortable bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, driving alignment, and unblocking development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of interconnected software tools.
  • Manage dependencies and integration points across teams and partners.
  • Prioritize and maintain a unified product backlog.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for delivery.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with software development teams.
Industry Experience:
  • Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in the AEC and CAD/BIM workflows, ideally with familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D, is highly desirable.
