Technical Manager(Reporting)

Technical Leadership & Development - 12+ Years of experience required.
• Lead the design and development of data reporting solutions using Azure, SQL Server, and SSIS.
• Architect and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across reporting systems.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance for large datasets.
• Manage Azure Data Services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, etc.) for scalable reporting solutions.
Project & Team Management:
• Oversee reporting and data integration projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to define reporting requirements.
• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers and BI developers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
