Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex IAM projects end to end, driving outcomes and actively managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Develop sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams and drive informed decisions.
• Translate complex objectives into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Coordinate across organizational processes and cross-functional dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Proactively identify obstacles, develop solutions, drive timely resolution, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain strong execution discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting throughout delivery.
• Apply project management methodologies pragmatically to support successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures.
• Exceptional problem-solving, resourcefulness, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to establish a path forward and drive results for complex initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• High degree of ownership, sound judgment, initiative, and follow-through.

Project management experience required; PMP or similar certification preferred, with demonstrated technical delivery experience strongly valued.
