Kforce has a client in need of a Technical Delivery Lead in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives from planning through successful delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions
• Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, vendors, and business teams to coordinate technical project execution
• Translate business and technical objectives into clear, actionable implementation plans
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and maintain alignment across multiple workstreams
• Identify delivery risks and obstacles, develop solutions, and escalate critical issues when appropriate
• Monitor project performance and provide clear, consistent status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
• Facilitate project discussions, decision-making, and follow-up activities to maintain delivery momentum
• Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout project execution

Requirements:

• Project management certification is a plus
• Experience managing complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM projects
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technology environments
• Proven project management experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture, integrations, and emerging technologies
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Ability to translate technical information into clear updates for business and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives through completion
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills
