Technical Business Analyst

Job description:
The Technical Business Analyst will support the planning, requirements gathering, and implementation of enterprise systems for PTC's UBOS program. The role involves working with business stakeholders to document As-Is processes, gather and translate business requirements into process flows, service blueprints, Agile features, and user stories. The analyst will support SDLC activities, including feasibility analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, reporting, and financial system integrations.
The position requires collaboration with development teams, business owners, and vendors to implement solutions across areas such as transaction processing, billing & invoicing, payments, financial reconciliation, CRM (Microsoft CE), SAP S/4 HANA, reporting, and data migration (ETL). The analyst will also track requirements and testing in Azure DevOps (ADO), define KPIs, support end-user training, and maintain project documentation while ensuring compliance with PTC and PMO standards.
Required Experience:
" Minimum 5+ years as Business/Technical Analyst
" Experience with SDLC and Agile
" Experience with SQL, Excel, data analysis/visualization
" Experience with ADO, process modeling, and testing
" Government/public sector or financial systems experience preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
