Technical Architect, HR Systems (Oracle, Ukg, Servicenow)

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Engineering Solutions Architect- HR Systems (Oracle, UKG and ServiceNow) to lead the design, integration, and evolution of next-generation digital platforms. In this role, you'll drive technical vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. You'll play a key role in ARB (Architecture Review Board) governance, guide agile teams, and work closely with application and product teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences powered by AI and third-party integrations.
