Technical Architect 1

The Technical Architect 1 provides strategic system architectural change support, structural customizations, and environment design for the CDC IFMS platform. This role ensures long-term system stability, scalability, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level system architectural guidance for TRIRIGA platform updates, version upgrades, and future migrations (e.g., transition to Maximo Real Estate/MREF).
• Update and maintain the IFMS Application Run Book for host environment restarts, failovers, and procedural management.
• Support security assessment, accreditation, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and System Security Plan (SSP) control compliance.
• Oversee code and object promotion across Development, Test/QA, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with specific expertise in IBM TRIRIGA software architecture customization and support.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2019, SQL Server 2019, IBM WebSphere Liberty, disaster recovery planning, and Federal IT security frameworks (NIST/HHSAR).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
