One Trust Cookie and Privacy Management Architect

Job Overview:

Pay Range $85hr - $90hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from IAPP (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Information Security, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Privacy, Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing OneTrust solutions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale privacy and consent management programs.
• Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ePrivacy Directive, LGPD, PIPEDA, and Global Privacy Regulations.
• Strong experience with cookie management, consent frameworks, and preference centers.
• Experience developing privacy governance frameworks and operating models.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of OneTrust Privacy Management solutions across the organization.
• Configure and manage OneTrust modules including Cookie Consent & Preference Management, Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR/DSR), Data Mapping, Data Client, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Consent and Preference Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Incident & Breach Management.
• Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement cookie consent solutions for global websites and digital properties.
• Manage cookie inventories, cookie classification, and consent categorization.
• Configure geolocation-based consent models and multilingual privacy notices.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and other privacy laws.
• Establish Privacy-by-Design principles across business and technology initiatives.
• Lead privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations.
• Define and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop privacy policies, standards, procedures, and operating models.
• Architect integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, and custom applications.
• Design APIs and automation workflows supporting privacy operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams.
• Drive solution design reviews, governance reviews, and architecture approvals.
• Partner with executive leadership, privacy officers, legal counsel, and business stakeholders.
• Present privacy program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and privacy awareness programs.
