Looking for a Tech Lead to lead teams supporting multiple manufacturing facilities and drive time studies, work measurement, line balancing, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Tech Lead Manufacturing
Location: Appleton, WI | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams supporting multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Perform video-based time studies, work measurement, and work breakdown analysis.
• Conduct line balancing and multi-model line balancing using Yamazumi charts.
• Drive productivity, labor optimization, cycle-time, quality, and cost improvements.
• Support high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Identify opportunities for automation, robotics, material flow, warehouse, and inventory optimization.
• Support manufacturing transformation projects, including assembly line consolidation and high-flow line implementation.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and standardized operating methods.
• Drive Lean initiatives using Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and TQM.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and data-driven improvement plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, schedules, and delivery.
• Coordinate with onsite, offshore, customer, operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide project updates to leadership.
