We are seeking a Team Member Support Specialist I to join our global Team Member Services team, where innovation knows no borders. This team ensures seamless, responsive global support by keeping ticketing workflows moving, connecting employees with key HR resources, and maintaining operational efficiency. As a Team Member Support Specialist I, you will monitor the ticketing management queue, route cases to appropriate subject matter experts, and support core HR administration processes. You will help execute critical employee documentation tasks, gather feedback to improve workflows, and explore generative AI tools to streamline routine tasks. This role requires sound judgment within defined procedures, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to internal partnership.
What you'll do
+ Monitor the ticketing management system, assess team member needs, and route inquiries or cases to appropriate COE and internal teams.
+ Provide administration support across HR documentation, including verification of employment, salary verifications, certificates, visa, immigration, and employment authorization records.
+ Execute defined Team Member Services procedures and audits to ensure compliance, proper record retention, and high operational accuracy.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and external teams to gather feedback and share ideas that improve processes.
+ Practical experience using generative AI tools, automation, or modern HR systems to accelerate routine documentation, technical writing, and workflow management.
What you'll bring Required qualifications
+ University education or equivalent work experience.
+ 2-4 years of related HR or customer support experience (or an advanced degree without experience).
+ Experience utilizing ticketing management systems and customer relationship management tools to support users.
+ Proven problem-solving, multi-tasking, self-management, and business/HR communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and general computer literacy.
Preferred qualifications
+ Computer Science education or background.
+ Technical writing skills or background in HR documentation drafting.
+ Experience with Workday HR software.
+ Bilingual language capabilities.
