We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing continued growth and seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their St. Louis team. This firm offers a collaborative, people-first culture with strong leadership and clear opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and review tax returns for a diverse client base
• Mentor and develop staff, including onboarding and workflow management
• Prepare complex returns and technical memos
• Provide detailed review feedback and strategic insights
• Respond to IRS/state notices and research tax issues
• Build client relationships and identify value-added opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of engagements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or actively pursuing preferred
• Strong review, research, and technical tax skills
• Leadership experience mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
