Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the tax compliance process for clients.- Prepare and review tax returns, including federal, state, and local tax filings.- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.- identifying opportunities for tax savings and minimizing tax liabilities- Conduct research on complex tax issues, stay up-to-date with in tax laws and regulations- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for tax purposes- Review financial statements and accounting records to ensure compliance with tax laws- Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
