The Opportunity

Career Staffing Talent is exclusively retained by a top-tier national public accounting firm to hire a Tax Manager or Senior Manager for its growing Nashville office.

This is a role for someone who wants a stronger national platform, real client ownership, and a clear path to Principal without waiting years for the next opening.

What You’ll Own

• A portfolio of tax compliance and consulting work across high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and closely held corporate clients

• Day-to-day client relationship ownership, with Principal support on the most complex matters

• Business development and market growth across Middle Tennessee

• Preparation and review of federal, state, and local returns, with full accountability for technical quality

• Mentorship and supervision of tax staff through busy season, including input on staffing and workflow

What We’re Looking For

Active CPA license (required)

5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level

Proven experience managing client relationships and developing tax staff

Interest in business development — named relationships, referral sources, or a growing book of business

Ability to work fully on-site in Nashville
