Robert Lee & Associates, LLP is looking for a tax professional interested in a tax consulting career with a Silicon Valley CPA firm. Position is for a remote opportunity that services clients throughout California and across the United States.

Position Summary

• Tax management
• Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities and transfer pricing
• Expert in review and talent mentorship
• Analyze data and prepare work papers and tax returns based on professional standards for various entities and individuals
• Prepare tax projections and assist with tax planning and consulting functions of clients
• Identify and research various tax issues
• Proactively work with staff, seniors, managers and partners
• Supervise staff and teams for various client projects
• Occasional travel for Staff retreats, client meetings, and continuing education

Position Qualifications

• 5+ years Tax experience
• 2+ years Tax Manager experience
• BS/BA/MSA/MST in Accounting
• CPA Licensure required
• Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Comfortable working with individuals within and without the organization

Salary Range

$135,000.00 - $175,000.00
