• Currently, our tax team is looking for a Tax Manager I to join our team. We find our synergetic

  Roles and responsibilities

• Individuals must have their CPA license and have a minimum of three to six years of experience
• as a senior level accountant (or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate by the partners).
• They have technical proficiency with the ability to supervise complete engagements and
• effective management of a book of business. They will have five to ten years of overall
• experience in certified public accounting firms. Tax Manager I individuals are expected to:
• 1. Supervise and complete routine engagements.
• 2. Supervise Tax Associates and Tax Seniors to provide feedback to them and
• evaluate their progress.
• 3. Become experts in their assigned areas.
• 4. Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm.
• 5. Assist in firm administrative functions as assigned by the partners.
• 6. Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• 7. Highly proficient and knowledgeable in the firm's policy and procedures.
• 8. Partner's discretion as to their overall ability and qualities to work effectively at
• this level.
