Responsibilities
Manage and oversee tax engagements from planning through completion
Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations
Provide tax planning and consulting services to a diverse client base
Review work prepared by staff and seniors while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Mentor, train, and develop team members through coaching and technical guidance
Manage multiple client relationships while delivering exceptional client service
Conduct tax research and stay current on changing tax laws and regulations
Identify opportunities to improve client processes and provide value-added advisory services
Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth initiatives
Qualifications
CPA license required
4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
Strong technical tax knowledge and research skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desire to continue growing professionally within a collaborative firm
