Job Details

Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and closely held entities.
Review complex tax returns including:
Form 1040
Partnership returns
S Corporation returns
Trust and Estate returns
Gift Tax returns
Develop and implement advanced tax planning strategies related to:
Income tax
Estate tax
Gift tax
Wealth transfer planning
Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for clients.
Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide proactive advisory services.
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of services.
Mentor, coach, and develop Tax Managers, Senior Associates, and Staff.
Review technical work and provide tax guidance to engagement teams.
Collaborate with firm leadership on client growth and practice development initiatives.
Participate in networking, business development, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
Monitor tax law changes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Partner with leadership to expand and strengthen the Private Client Services practice.
