Tax Attorney

I'm recruiting tax attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd solve complex tax problems for businesses, owners, and individuals and partner closely with corporate and estate colleagues.

What you'll do

• Advise on federal, state, and local tax planning
• Structure mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations for tax efficiency
• Counsel on partnership and LLC tax matters
• Represent clients in IRS and Massachusetts DOR audits and controversies
• Draft tax provisions in transaction documents

What you bring

• JD and an active bar license; LL.M. in Taxation preferred
• About 3-8 years of tax practice experience
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Ability to translate tax rules into clear business advice
