Job Description:

Position Summary

The Sourcing Specialist is a dedicated, proactive sourcing role within FCG's Talent Acquisition team. This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and pipelining qualified passive talent for Sales and Field Service Technician roles across FCG's portfolio of brands. Working closely with corporate recruiters and hiring managers, the Sourcing Specialist builds a consistent flow of qualified candidates that shortens time to fill, reduces reliance on outside agencies, and strengthens the quality of hire for hard-to-fill industrial roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers at the start of each search to understand role requirements, target markets, and the competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver a qualified candidate slate quickly
  • Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, job boards, talent databases, Boolean and X-ray search, referrals, and industry networks
  • Engage candidates through personalized, multi-touch outreach
  • Screen and qualify candidates for technical aptitude, sales capability, geographic fit, and interest before submitting to recruiters
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume Sales and Field Service needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in iCIMS
  • Track pipeline, response, and conversion metrics
  • Share market insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and compensation trends to inform hiring strategy
  • Represent FCG professionally in every candidate interaction to support employer branding and candidate experience
  • Serve as back-up to Corporate Recruiters, supporting full-cycle recruiting activities as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience supporting industrial, technical, and sales roles
  • Proven record of engaging passive talent in competitive markets
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, and other sourcing and talent platforms
  • Proficiency with Boolean and X-ray search techniques and applicant tracking systems
  • Working understanding of technical and field service roles and sales hiring profiles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Self-starter who works independently, takes initiative, and drives results with minimal direction
